Charmify.com Cancellation Policy
At Charmify.com, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order. Therefore, we provide the following cancellation policy:
Customers wishing to cancel their order must do so within the same day before 10:00 pm. If the cancellation is made within this timeframe, it will be honored without any issues.
It's important to note that cancellations should be requested as soon as possible through our email at service@charmify.com.mx or via our WhatsApp number at 722 183 5598.
If the cancellation request is made after 10:00 pm, the order will have already been shipped. In this case, the customer will need to return the product to the origin to be eligible for a refund.
It's crucial to ensure that the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition for the return to be processed.
If, for any reason, the product arrives damaged, the customer must notify Charmify.com through our email or WhatsApp number.
