Charmify Warranty Policy
At Charmify, we take pride in the quality and design of our products. We firmly believe in providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, and that includes ensuring that the received products meet expected quality standards.
Warranty Period:
All products purchased through Charmify are covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
How to Submit a Warranty Request:
If you believe you have received a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Submit a warranty request to our customer service team.
- Detail the product's defects, including images if possible, so we can assess the problem properly.
- Ensure you include order information, such as the order number and purchase date.
Warranty Process:
Once the request is received and evaluated, we will proceed as follows:
- If the request is accepted, Charmify will replace the defective product at no additional cost. If the product is no longer available, the total cost of the product will be refunded.
- The shipment of the replaced product will be coordinated with the customer, and shipment tracking will be provided for convenience.
- Refund or replacement will be processed within 10 business days.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations to the product. The warranty is valid only for the original buyer and is not transferable.
