Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for Charmify

Eligibility for Refunds:

Eligibility Conditions: Customers may be eligible for a refund in the following two cases: Shipping Delay: The order or any of its shipments has been stagnant in tracking for more than 21 days. Product Quality: The product arrived damaged, defective, or is different from what was offered on the website. Cancellations: Customers have a maximum of 48 hours after placing the order to cancel it and request a refund. After 48 hours, a refund will not be possible. Post-Shipment Cancellation Procedure:

The Charmify will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or different-than-advertised products. The customer will cover the return shipping costs for a complete change in their shipment; the fee is $149.00 with FedEx. Terms for Order Changes:

Change Period: Customers have 48 hours from placing the order to request any changes or modifications, including adding forgotten items or applying free promotions. Promotion Restrictions: If the change request is made after the initial 48 hours, The Charmify cannot apply the free promotion or make requested changes. Change Procedure: To make a change, customers must contact us through the mentioned channels, providing their order number and clearly specifying the desired change. Post-Change Shipping Time: When making changes to your order, the shipping time restarts as per our shipping method (15-21 business days). Requesting Refunds, Changes, or Returns:
